Do you take a cut of what I spend at the truck?
No. There is no ordering, no delivery and no card processing here — you pay the truck directly, which is why everything costs what the truck charges.
How do you know where a truck is right now?
Vendors send their spot to our listing desk and the pin moves within minutes; those trucks are labelled “vendor reported”. Any other truck is marked “usual spot”, which means exactly that — their normal patch, not a live position. We don't pretend otherwise.
Does it cost a truck anything to be listed?
No. Listing is free forever and includes the radar pin, menu, phone number and reviews. The only paid option is Premier at $35/month, and it has no effect on ratings.
Can a truck buy the HIGHLY RECOMMENDED badge?
No. It requires 3+ reviews, a 4.5+ average and no review below 3 stars in the last 90 days. It recalculates on every review, so it can be lost as well as earned.
